Welcome Autumn

There is a moment in the year, somewhere in the middle of September, where you feel that a change is gonna come. Morning breeze is fresh and days start to become slowly shorter and shorter, light is not so bright anymore and everything sets an unspeakable different tone. Autumn is coming.

There is a part inside of me that sings to summer Let’s Stay Together and wishes that him and I could smoothly continue our dance. Him shining on me and I, playing with his rays. Halas, we have to say good-bye. Life is about changement and nature shows that to us every single season.

Welcome autumn, welcome to the melancholic one; the one that prepares us to the silence of winter. While the soft light of September sun enlightens the day “I can still feel the breeze that rustles through the trees, and misty memories of days gone by”. But how, ” how can you mend a broken heart? How can you stop the rain from falling down?”

Probably embracing the beauty in everyday little treasures. In the sweet juice of a tangerine, in the beauty of a flower, in an unexpected sunny day, in a good coffee shared with a loved one. This might sounds cliché and/or a repetition of what I already wrote, nevertheless I firmly believe that deep happiness comes with kindness, empathy and the ability to be enchanted every day. Simply beautiful
